Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join its Services team and help their telco customers with their products.

You'll be providing premium advisory-based support that builds, maintains, and grows long-lasting customer loyalty. 
In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor for our client's enterprise customers, helping them maximize the value of their investments in Linux based Open Source technologies.
 
You'll collaborate with engineering, product management, consulting, and global support teams to deliver solutions tailored to customers' IT environments and business needs.

Requirements

Client facing experience (Consultant, TAM, Advisor, Customer Success, Pre-sales).

Knowledge of Kubernetes or Docker and containers in general.

Linux or Unix knowledge

Enterprise Applications (Oracle, SAP, Veritas) knowledge

Technical Support & Troubleshooting experience

Hardware Vendor experience

Fluent Japanese, Basic English
