【仕事内容]
Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of ServiceNow Development - Should be able to convey the Capabilities of ServiceNow, & call out feature feasibility for architecture, Design discussions etc
- Should have hands-on experience in Core ITSM modules, ITOM modules like Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Cloud Management, Operation Intelligence, Good to have : CSM/Secops.
- Should have a good understanding of REST API and web services.
- Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow tool platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
- Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
- Applies innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
- Consult with Process and Business Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in ServiceNow
- Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
- Advises on options, risks and impacts on business/ITIL processes
- Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements
【必要条件】
- 4+ years’ experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Knowledge of web-based development languages, specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
- Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Understand the full application lifecycle
- ITIL/ServiceNow certified, ServiceNow CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM
- Past work experience of ServiceNow Implementation of ITSM, ITOM.

【英語力】
