They are committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion while supporting employee health and well-being through comprehensive benefits, training, and upskilling opportunities.

As part of the Data Center Management team within their Group Infrastructure Services, you’ll be at the heart of maintaining and protecting critical infrastructure assets that power their global operations. Based in Asia, this team oversees Data Centers across the region, managing everything from design and operations to day-to-day activities, all while upholding their rigorous policies and security standards.

With their Data Center Management team expanding, they are looking for a driven professional to lead the way in standardizing and consolidating processes across their global network. In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and around the world—from the UK to the US to India—to implement best practices and standard operating models that ensure the security, efficiency, and resilience of our data centers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Safeguard Data Centers: Ensure the security and operational readiness of our data centers in Asia, collaborating closely with landlords and service providers to uphold safety and security.
  • Manage Infrastructure Assets: Oversee installations, moves, decommissions, and disposals of critical infrastructure assets, coordinating with product and service owners for seamless execution.
  • Orchestrate Daily Operations: Supervise a range of day-to-day data center activities—from hardware maintenance and troubleshooting to network cabling.
  • Control Access and Security: Review and manage access requests for data centers and racks, partnering with our Corporate Security team to monitor activity and enhance security through CCTV oversight.
  • Track Inventory Lifecycle: Maintain meticulous inventory records to keep our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) up to date, ensuring every asset is tracked and accounted for.
  • Manage Backup Tapes: Handle backup media securely, ejecting/inserting tapes as needed, and arranging for safe offsite storage to support business continuity.

If you’re ready to be a part of an international team that drives innovation and resilience in data center management, please get in touch.

Upon your application, a TM Agency agent will get in touch with you to provide details that aren't shown in the job description i.e. your hiring manager, team, interview process, salary, and more.
