Our client is working with TM Agency to find their Product Design Leader.

Opportunity Overview:

As their Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and UX improvements of the company’s products. 

You will be the go-to person for all of the company's Design-related needs, with room to grow as the company grows its business.

 

Some of what you’ll be doing:

• Managing and developing team members (6-8 people expected).

• Leading the design and UX improvements of new features for different products.

• Considering design rules and building design systems.

Requirements:

- Team management experience (3-4 members expected).

- Experience in UI/UX design for web services.

- Experience with Figma.

- Conversational level of Japanese or above

- Conversational level of English or above

 

Nice to have:

- Experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or B2B services.

- Experience in building and operating design systems.
